Frequently asked questions

These are the questions we receive most often. If you cannot find an answer, submit a dashboard ticket.

When will purchased credits arrive?

After a USDT (TRC20) transfer, the platform scans the blockchain automatically. Credits usually arrive within 1–30 minutes. If they do not, submit a support ticket with the transaction hash.

How long does a task take?

Completion time depends on the number of records and screening service. Small tasks usually take several minutes; large tasks are queued and can be tracked in the dashboard.

Which payment methods are supported?

Available methods and current instructions are shown in the Add Credits page. Verify the order details and receiving address before transferring funds.

How do I request API access or become a reseller?

Review partnership benefits on the Reseller Program page, then submit a support ticket. API access can also be requested from the dashboard.

What format should a number file use?

Use a plain-text TXT file with one number per line, preferably including the country calling code. Some services have additional requirements shown in their dashboard workspace.
